🍯 Honey Jam Recipe (No Refined Sugar)

🥭 Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh fruits (strawberry / mango / mixed fruit – chopped)
  • ½ cup pure honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional, for freshness)
  • 1–2 tbsp water (only if needed)

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. Wash and finely chop the fruits.
  2. Add the fruits to a heavy-bottom pan and cook on low flame.
  3. Stir occasionally until the fruits become soft and pulpy.
  4. Add pure honey and mix well.
  5. Add lemon juice (this helps in setting and preservation).
  6. Continue cooking on low flame, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and gets a jam-like consistency.
  7. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
  8. Transfer to a clean, dry glass jar and store.
