  • Please quote your order number in the cancellation request.

1.2 Cancellation by Shafia India:

  • Shafia India may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason.
  • In such cases, we will notify you and return any payment that you have made.

1.3 Refund Process:

  • If the cancellation is made within the stipulated time and accepted by Shafia India, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount.
  • This refund includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) that you paid for the delivery of the goods or services.

1.4 Refund Timeframe:

  • Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process, depending on the mode of payment collection.
