Ingredients
- 2 cups grated coconut
- ½ cup pure honey
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp ghee
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add grated coconut and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
- Add milk and cook on low flame.
- Stir in honey and mix well.
- Add cardamom powder for flavor.
- Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Spread the mixture on a greased tray.
- Allow it to cool and cut into square pieces.
