Honey Coconut Barfi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated coconut
  • ½ cup pure honey
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add grated coconut and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add milk and cook on low flame.
  4. Stir in honey and mix well.
  5. Add cardamom powder for flavor.
  6. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  7. Spread the mixture on a greased tray.
  8. Allow it to cool and cut into square pieces.
