Ingredients
- Bananas (ripe) – 2 mashed
- Flour – 1½ cups
- Honey – ½ cup
- Melted butter/oil – ¼ cup
- Egg (or curd alternative) – 1
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon – ½ tsp (optional)
Method
- Mix banana, honey and melted butter.
- Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon; fold gently.
- Fill muffin cups and bake at 180°C for 18–20 minutes.
