Honey Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • Bananas (ripe) – 2 mashed
  • Flour – 1½ cups
  • Honey – ½ cup
  • Melted butter/oil – ¼ cup
  • Egg (or curd alternative) – 1
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon – ½ tsp (optional)

Method

  1. Mix banana, honey and melted butter.
  2. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon; fold gently.
  3. Fill muffin cups and bake at 180°C for 18–20 minutes.
