Honey Butter Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • ⅓ cup pure honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add butter and rub until crumbly.
  4. Add honey and milk to form a soft dough.
  5. Roll the dough and cut biscuit shapes.
  6. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush a little honey on top before serving.
