Ingredients
- 1 cup hot milk
- 1/2 cup freshly brewed coffee
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1–2 tbsp Shafia Honey
- 1–2 ice cubes (optional, for cooling before adding honey)
Method
- Brew Coffee: Prepare 1/2 cup of fresh strong coffee.
- Heat Milk: Warm 1 cup of milk until hot but not boiling.
- Mix Coffee & Milk: Pour coffee into a mug and add hot milk.
- Cool Slightly: If too hot, add 1–2 ice cubes so the temperature comes down slightly (to preserve honey nutrients).
- Sweeten: Add 1–2 tablespoons of Shafia Honey and stir.
- Add Cinnamon: Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix well.
- Serve: Enjoy warm and aromatic.
