Honey Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats – 1 cup
  • Milk/almond milk – ¾ cup
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh fruits for topping

Method

  1. Mix oats, coconut, honey and milk in a jar.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with fruits and a drizzle of honey before eating.
