Honey Date Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup seedless dates
  • 2 tablespoons pure Shafia Honey
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds or mixed nuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter (optional)

Method

  • Add dates and oats to a mixer or food processor and blend until sticky.
  • Add honey, nuts, seeds, and nut butter.
  • Blend again until the mixture comes together like a soft dough.
  • Take small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving.
