Honey Gajar Halwa

Ingredients

  • Grated carrots
  • Full cream milk
  • Pure honey
  • Desi ghee
  • Cardamom
  • Dry fruits

Method

  1. Cook carrots in milk till thick.
  2. Add ghee and stir well.
  3. Add honey at the end and mix gently.
  4. Garnish with dry fruits.
