Honey Ginger Lemon Tea

Ingredients

1 medium piece fresh ginger (1–1.5 inches), thinly sliced

2 cups water

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp Shafia Honey

Method

Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add Ginger: Add the sliced ginger and let it boil for 3–4 minutes.

Turn Off Heat: Switch off the flame and let it sit for 1 minute.

Strain: Strain the ginger water into a mug.

Add Lemon: Stir in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.

Sweeten: Add 2 tablespoons of Shafia Honey and mix until fully dissolved.

Serve: Enjoy warm for best results.
