Honey Lemon Ginger Shot

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger juice (grated and squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2–3 tablespoons lukewarm water

Method

  1. Grate a small piece of fresh ginger and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Take a small glass or shot cup.
  3. Add ginger juice and lemon juice.
  4. Add raw honey and mix well.
  5. Add lukewarm water and stir gently.
  6. Drink immediately.

When to Consume

  • Best taken early morning on an empty stomach
