Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mango pulp (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup chilled milk (or yogurt for a thicker smoothie)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tbsp Shafia Honey
- 2–3 ice cubes
Method
- Prepare Blender: Add mango pulp, milk (or yogurt), and water into a blender.
- Sweeten: Add 2 tablespoons of Shafia Honey.
- Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Check Consistency: Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
