Honey Rasgulla

Ingredients

  • Fresh paneer (chhena)
  • Pure honey
  • Water
  • Cardamom powder
  • Lemon juice or vinegar

Method

  1. Boil milk and curdle it with lemon juice to make paneer.
  2. Wash, drain, and knead the paneer until smooth.
  3. Make small soft balls.
  4. Boil water with honey and cardamom.
  5. Add the balls and cook till they become soft and spongy.
  6. Let it cool and soak before serving.
