Ingredients
- Fresh paneer (chhena)
- Pure honey
- Water

Method
- Boil milk and curdle it with lemon juice to make paneer.
- Wash, drain, and knead the paneer until smooth.
- Make small soft balls.
- Boil water with honey and cardamom.
- Add the balls and cook till they become soft and spongy.
- Let it cool and soak before serving.
