Honey Turmeric Milk (Golden Milk)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (regular or plant-based)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger or dry ginger powder
  • 1–2 tbsp Shafia Honey

Method

  • Heat Milk: Pour the milk into a saucepan and warm on low heat.
  • Add Spices: Add turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger.
  • Simmer: Let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes without boiling.
  • Turn Off Flame: Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Sweeten: Add 1–2 tablespoons of Shafia Honey and mix well.
  • Serve: Drink warm for maximum benefits.
