Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (regular or plant-based)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger or dry ginger powder
- 1–2 tbsp Shafia Honey
Method
- Heat Milk: Pour the milk into a saucepan and warm on low heat.
- Add Spices: Add turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger.
- Simmer: Let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes without boiling.
- Turn Off Flame: Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Sweeten: Add 1–2 tablespoons of Shafia Honey and mix well.
- Serve: Drink warm for maximum benefits.
