Honey Walnut Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • Bananas – 3 mashed
  • Honey – ½ cup
  • Whole wheat flour/all-purpose flour – 1½ cups
  • Walnuts – ¼ cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Butter/oil – ¼ cup

Method

  1. Mix banana, honey and butter.
  2. Add flour + baking powder and fold.
  3. Add walnuts and bake at 170°C for 35–40 mins.
