Ingredients
- Bananas – 3 mashed
- Honey – ½ cup
- Whole wheat flour/all-purpose flour – 1½ cups
- Walnuts – ¼ cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Butter/oil – ¼ cup
Method
- Mix banana, honey and butter.
- Add flour + baking powder and fold.
- Add walnuts and bake at 170°C for 35–40 mins.
