Peanut Chikki

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • ½ cup pure honey
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional)

Method

  1. Roast peanuts lightly and remove the skin.
  2. Heat honey in a pan on low flame.
  3. Add ghee and mix well.
  4. Add roasted peanuts and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture quickly on a greased plate.
  6. Flatten with a rolling pin.
  7. Cut into pieces while still warm.
  8. Allow to cool completely before serving.
