Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- ½ cup pure honey
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional)
Method
- Roast peanuts lightly and remove the skin.
- Heat honey in a pan on low flame.
- Add ghee and mix well.
- Add roasted peanuts and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture quickly on a greased plate.
- Flatten with a rolling pin.
- Cut into pieces while still warm.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
